Awaken the sleepy place

The place that has been lulled asleep by the cares of this world

Awaken your senses

Dulled by pain and fear

At first a gentle rocking

An awareness trickles

Filling those spaces long left behind

It’s okay to be uncomfortable

It has been a while, if ever
