Healing feels like joy
Abounding heart beats rushing through me
Healing is a bandaid quickly ripped off only to find the wound gone
Healing is a hug, a gentle word of love and affirmation
Healing is showing up and moving forward
It is being able to look back and snatch the precious from sorrow and pain
Healing feels like hope and being fully alive
Healing is the ahhh
The Breath coursing through my innermost being.
